1. Collection of Information

We need to collect some information for you to use the Site and Services. We won’t disclose this information to any third party except as provided for herein.

You agree that IAG may communicate with you via email, text, mobile application, telepathic transmission (so you were reading this), and any similar technology for any purpose relating to the Site or Services.

This information is “Private”. We won’t publicly display it or provide it to anyone except as required by law.

The following information is private and will not be publicly displayed or otherwise released or provided to any third party (except as indicated herein or as required by law):

(c) your email address and telephone number, as applicable; and

(d) your communications with IAG

We won’t sell, distribute, disclose, lease, or otherwise provide your Private Information to any third party unless you provide your express and advance written permission to do so, we are required to provide such information by applicable law, or we really want to (just kidding).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, or anything else herein or otherwise to the contrary, we reserve the right, and you acknowledge and agree, that (a) we may disclose any or all of your Private Information at any time, when in our sole, exclusive and absolute discretion, IAG or any officer, director, attorney, agent, member, manager, or employee of IAG believes that such action is subjectively reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with any laws of any applicable jurisdiction, (ii) to prevent or discontinue any actual or prospective fraud, abuse, crime or harm to any person or entity, (iii) to comply with the law or reasonably assist law enforcement persons or agencies of any jurisdiction in any matter; or (iv) to protect the legal rights of IAG, any user, or any third party; and (b) we may from time to time use your Private Information to contact you regarding questions or reports, to provide recommendations and/or marketing communications of IAG and/or its affiliates, including but not limited to, actual or prospective products and services we think you may find interesting or useful, or to analyze the use of the Site or Services so we may improve the same.

IAG follows generally accepted industry standards for the protection of personal information provided by users, both during transmission and after receipt. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, although we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we do not guarantee the security of any of your private transmissions against unauthorized or unlawful interception or access by third parties.
