IAG is seeking Analysts to join our growing IP Transaction Advisory practice. We assist Fortune 500 companies and investment firms with maximizing the value of their IP portfolio through strategic IP acquisitions, divestitures, and licensing.

This position offers a flexible remote work arrangement with occasional travel, though Analysts are encouraged to work from one of IAG’s offices in New York, Detroit, or Seattle

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence of complex technologies and identify corresponding IP of strategic value

• Provide analytical and transactional support on client engagements

• Conduct IP portfolio valuation analyses using internal and external data to develop appropriate pricing for license or sale

• Prepare client-ready IP portfolio summary decks for both buy-side and sell-side engagements

Requirements and Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or a similar analytical work environment

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree from a leading undergraduate institution, preferably in a quantitative discipline (e.g., mathematics, computer science, business, or engineering)

• Analytical work experience developing client-facing materials in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required
