IAG is seeking Analysts to join our growing IP Transaction Advisory practice. We assist Fortune 500 companies and investment firms with maximizing the strategic value of their IP portfolio. Responsibilities include due diligence, analytical, and transactional support on IP acquisitions, divestitures, and portfolio valuations.
Patent Paralegal
IAG is seeking experienced patent paralegals to join our growing team. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of experience supporting patent attorneys, and in filing documents with the USPTO and PCT.
Deal Strategy Intern
